Description
Debris often floats to shore on the Chesapeake Bay. At one point in the last twenty years the Chesapeake was so dirty that wildlife was dying including the valuable Maryland fishing industry product. Now Save the Chesapeake part of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, an organization that works with private, state, local and federal agencies, spearheads the continued clean up and preservation of these waters. There works has saved this Bay. It could have become a “Lake Erie”.
