During a recent winter snow, I captured this Cardinal. We get lots of birds in our front yard and backyard. One thing we have learned during the pandemic of 2020 is that birds naturally social distant from other bird species so we have lots of feeding areas. In the front yard we have this perch and nyjer seed for Goldfinches hanging from the Crepe Myrtle at the back of the perch. We limit the feeding areas in front because GoldFinches like to be solitary.
